About the UX Designer position: The UX Designer of Reporting & Analytics is a critical role that is responsible for developing and implementing company-wide reporting standards to drive our clients’ success. This tenured professional will craft engaging client experiences, lead design initiatives, drive continuous improvement, champion design standards, and empower users. The UX Designer will develop and apply creative designs, ensuring that content meets brand standards and targets the intended audience. The UX Designer will also ensure Moore reports have a consistent look and are unified across our reporting suite. This is a full-time, salaried position open to candidates who are eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, depending on skills and experience. What you’ll do as our UX Designer: Partner with business owners to synthesize and visualize buyer, user, and stakeholder workflows. Partner with product owners and other stakeholders to lead new designs consistent with objectives, requirements, existing products, capabilities, and design standards. Capture and communicate design concepts using wireframes, workflows, and prototypes. Participate in heuristic evaluations and research activities to support design validation. Develop and refine code-ready visual designs in accordance with team sprint plans. Work with product owners and other stakeholders to measure, hypothesize, test, and change user experiences to drive continuous improvement and optimization. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand jobs to be done and to design workflows, documented through user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain, improve, and evangelize reporting and analytical design standards. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the reporting system. Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and customization. What you’ll bring to the UX Designer role: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in designing reports or analytical products. 4+ years of experience with enterprise-grade data visualization tools preferred. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Keen interest in the use of AI and other innovations that can transform the user experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You could be a top candidate if you also have: Experience with data manipulation languages. Experience with Power BI. A passion for innovation, especially when using it to transform client experiences. Experience creating reporting standards across a large enterprise.
