Job Description

• Assist with contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct legal research and assist in due diligence processes.
• Prepare and file documents with regulatory agencies.
• Maintain corporate records and manage legal documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 1-2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and business structures.
• Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
