What you’ll do: The Customer Solutions Architect provides up to level 3 (advanced) system-level technical support to commercial organizations for low voltage systems, with particular attention to Low voltage system assemblies governed by IEC61439 or similar standards, in Industrial and data center segments, with automation experience preferred. Your Tasks: Serve as the electro-technical systems specialist (customer solution architect level) to develop low voltage system application expertise supporting segment strategic plans. Provide Level 3 (advanced) technical support on low voltage systems across designated segments. Liaise with product line management, application experts, and R&D on codes and standards; document responses for commercial organizations. Assist commercial entities in preparing responses to RFQs, offering expertise in design, quote optimization, and risk mitigation. Support early design projects and evaluate design proposals. Provide engineered solutions focused on Eaton's offerings to optimize client designs. Participate in customer meetings, both virtual and face-to-face as needed. Act as the technical conduit between commercial teams and design/bid teams for low voltage systems. Support the completion of CDE documentation for low voltage systems. Assist with project document control. Qualifications: University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with low voltage systems. Skills: Strong electrical engineering background. Segment-specific application knowledge, especially in Data Centre and industrial applications. Electrical automation experience is an advantage. IT literacy. Familiarity with electrical design tools and software. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
