SalesBizLab We are is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to manage and input data with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• Generate reports and retrieve requested information.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as document management and filing.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality by following company policies.
• Work closely with other departments to support operational needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work is a plus.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
