We are currently seeking an Experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of epoxy floor coatings for residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and have a passion for creating visually stunning and durable flooring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Installing Epoxy and Polyaspartic flooring
• Utilizing a Machine Grinder to prep the floor
• Collaborating with team to ensure customer plans and details are laid out correctly
• Clearing workspace from dust, debris, and appliances
• Ensuring you have all of the materials needed in your vehicle to get the job done correctly
• Educating clients about suitable care for their floors
• Lead Installers are responsible for ensuring that the job is completed to the highest level of standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.
• In-depth knowledge of various concrete coating systems, including decorative and solid-color options.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques, including grinding and repairing concrete. Proficient in epoxy mixing, blending, and application methods to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and addressing potential challenges during the installation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with additional flooring systems.
• Familiarity with different types of concrete coatings.
• Strong knowledge of concrete preparation and repair techniques.
