🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and interpret complex schematics that support the integration of mechanical systems, wiring harness layouts, and subsystem assemblies.
• Translate high-level engineering concepts into actionable, manufacturable schematics.
• Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers to ensure smooth cross-functional integration across disciplines.
• Contribute to design reviews , offering schematic insights and continuously improving based on test and manufacturing feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation using PLM systems and version control tools.
• Support manufacturing and test teams , providing expert schematic clarification and troubleshooting assistance.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and schematic drafting for complex systems (preferably in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing).
• Proficiency in CAD and schematic software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD , or Altium Designer .
• Solid understanding of mechanical-electrical integration , harnessing , and structural interfaces .
• Strong communication and documentation skills .

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-altitude, aerospace, or UAV systems .
• Familiarity with IPC, ANSI , or aerospace schematic standards .
• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Arena, Windchill) and change control processes .
• Hands-on experience with prototyping or flight hardware integration .
