We are seeking a standout Practice Development Manager for a hybrid role that blends Practice Development and Sales, with a strong focus on driving growth and customer success. Having a licensed aesthetician background is a major plus, as it enhances the ability to connect with providers and support clinical integration. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the success of our operations, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across California and the extended West Coast region.

WiQo USA Inc. is a cutting-edge company at the forefront of innovation in the Medical Aesthetic field, manufacturing and marketing PRX , the only patented Topical Collagen Biostimulator.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Practice Development or as a sales representative, preferably in the Medical Aesthetic field, to make a quick impact on revenue growth within the territory.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new accounts , providing resources and strategies to ensure immediate success and long-term growth.
  • Grow the territory by identifying and acquiring new accounts, taking orders, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts, supporting product integration, enhancing client satisfaction, and maximizing sales potential.
  • Re-engage dormant accounts , identifying barriers to previous inactivity and implementing strategies to reignite business.
  • Conduct field visits to build in-person connections, promote products, and deliver hands-on support throughout the territory.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop growth strategies, retention programs, and sales initiatives tailored to their practice needs.
  • Achieve sales targets by contributing to the overall success of the territory through effective account management, operational excellence, and customer engagement.
  • Represent WiQo US at events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.

This role requires a proactive, sales-driven mindset with the ability to foster strong partnerships, close deals, and support account growth at every stage.

Key Details:

  • We offer a competitive base salary complemented by a performance-based commission structure and bonus opportunities . This compensation package is designed to reward both individual sales achievements and overall territory growth. Specific details will be discussed during the initial interview.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within territories, about 30% of the time. Fieldwork is a critical part of this role to ensure a strong local presence and effective client support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management, preferably within the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Licensed Aesthetician is a strong plus, providing added clinical expertise and credibility when working with providers.
  • Social media expertise with the ability to leverage platforms for marketing, brand awareness, and client engagement.
  • Must be a team player with strong collaboration skills, contributing to a positive, productive work environment—essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with providers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong written communication skills , with proficiency in crafting professional emails, reports, and documentation.
  • Proven track record in delivering customized solutions and high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field to meet the dynamic demands of the role.
  • Self -motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
