Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. You will engage with cutting-edge technology in high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing tasks, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Whether performing maintenance, troubleshooting, or providing reception services, you will be at the heart of our service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines to ensure high-quality and efficient output
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues for timely resolution
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and processing job requests
• Maintain detailed records, monitor inventory levels, and calculate charges for services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of completed jobs
• Support additional building functions, including meeting room setup, light maintenance, and reception services
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in copy/print services or similar roles
• Basic electronics knowledge and copier equipment repair experience
• Valid driver's license with required auto insurance coverage
