Position Summary The Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating training for Toyota Material Handling dealers utilizing a variety of delivery modes. You will be responsible to identify training and development needs within our dealer network and execute on initiatives to meet those needs; enhancing performance, moral, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting Toyota Material Handling core values. Education & Experience Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training requirements and develop plans tailored to meet training needs Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning and development programs, informed by thorough research and analysis Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops Conduct evaluations of participants to ensure understanding of the subject matter and implement targeted strategies to bridge knowledge gaps Maintain proficiency related to programs in which you are responsible for and take action on identified areas of opportunity within the training curriculum Establish and cultivate an enriching learning environment conducive to continuous growth and development, empowering learners to acquire advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner Additional duties as assigned Physical Requirements / Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
