About the Team: Our talented team consists of professionals with extensive experience from notable companies such as Affirm, Asana, Google, WeWork, Etsy, Pandora, Density, eBay, and PayPal. As a remote-first company, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the opportunity to collaborate in person weekly in San Francisco. We also welcome applicants from Vancouver, Canada. The Opportunity: As a leading authority in our SaaS application development, you’ll benefit from a collaborative environment with frontend, backend, product, and design partners who have been pivotal at other successful startups. Engage deeply with UI and UX, and explore new avenues for growth and impact. You’ll have direct access to customer feedback, enabling you to design delightful and effective experiences. What You'll Do: Collaborate across all facets of the company, working closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to create exceptional UI/UX for our SaaS platform. Embrace an agile development approach, running fast and shipping often. We prioritize simplicity and flexibility, allowing for rapid product iterations and scalable solutions. Contribute to building a strong company culture that you are proud of as we work together to bring about meaningful change. Take ownership of your product responsibilities. Engage directly with customers to understand their experiences and utilize insights for continuous improvement. Skills You'll Need to Bring: Experience in startup environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability. 3+ years of software engineering experience in React, with a strong capability to develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces, as well as support backend integrations. A team player who excels in communication and collaboration, eager to learn, grow, and assist others. Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, adept at managing projects and prioritizing effectively to balance speed, quality, and long-term impact. A keen awareness of user needs, critically evaluating how your work influences real lives and recognizing the responsibility that comes with reach. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with our technology stack: React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, and Next.js. Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup or similar environments.
